Copyright

The Copyright is for protecting the intellectual creative works belonging to literature, music, visual arts, architecture, theatre and cinema, whatever may be the mode and form of their expression, and, finally, computer programs.

The registration of the work confers on its owner the exclusive right to publish it and  economically use it, and then to reproduce, process, derestrict, distribute, represent it in the form of recitation, execution, peroformance or public reading.

The rocroding of the computer program gives the owner the exclusive right to carry out reproduction, modification and distribution of the programs.

Generally, the recording of the opera can last up to seventy years after the author's death, and however different durations are provided for different types of arts.

- Filing of creative works in the public register of the Ministry of Culrural Heritage and the special public register of the Italian Society of Authors and Publicers (SIAE), and management of the relative registration procedures.

- Filing of computer programs at the special public register of SIAE.

- Drafting of publishing and licensing contracts.

- Jiudicial and non jiudicial actions in defense of copyright.
